The Core Key to the
Hair Transplant System:
Creating Change
in Suwon.While working at various hair transplant clinics, I have always taken on the role of core medical staff and key doctor.
On the surface, I was a surgeon, but in reality, my role was to build the 'framework'—designing the clinic's structure and systems, organizing the medical team, and establishing protocols for hair transplant procedures and guidelines.
I designed the overall structure required for the clinic to function properly, including the medical explanations needed for consultations and medical equipment training, and educated the medical staff.
The field was always complex, and simply providing good medical care was not enough to solve problems.
Therefore, I always operated with the 'entire clinic' in mind.
My experience as a system designer, rather than just a clinician, led not only to excellent surgical results but also to high customer satisfaction.
Accurate explanations, consistent responses, and seamless post-operative care—it took numerous trials and errors for all of these to connect organically, but through that process, I was ultimately able to create a clinic that patients can 'trust and rely on'. -

The M-Shaped Hairline Complex:
Experiencing a Hair TransplantTwenty years ago, there was a time when my heart was always heavy due to a complex about my M-shaped hairline.
Whenever I went out, it was a natural habit to lower my bangs and hide the deeply receded M-shape.
Even when going to the hair salon, I only worried about 'how to best hide the M-shape' and had no time to think about styling.
So, I always repeated the same familiar hairstyle.
While getting a haircut, I would look at people confidently styling their hair with their bangs up, and a thought cautiously bloomed: 'Will I ever be able to do that someday?'
The frustration and stress I felt looking at myself with thinning bangs were beyond words.
Until then, the term 'hair transplant' was completely unfamiliar to me.
However, I mustered the courage to decide on a hair transplant, and that choice became an important first step in determining my life and career path. -

FUT and FUE,
Personally Experiencing
Two Transplants.In 2007, I underwent my first hair transplant surgery.
At that time, hair transplantation itself was unfamiliar, and the technology was not as advanced as it is today.
The FUT method was common, and the focus was merely on covering the balding area rather than on design or density.
As a result, it was far from a natural look, and a large scar remained on the back of my head.
The density was also insufficient, leaving the M-shaped hairline visible. As time passed, my disappointment grew.
So, 10 years later, in 2017, I decided to get another hair transplant. By then, the technology had advanced significantly.
Not only was the FUE method available, but pre-operative design, density control, and hair direction could be precisely planned, and above all, the results became much more natural.
With systematic medical treatment and maintenance care combined after the surgery, my satisfaction completely changed.
Of course, not being able to finish it in one go was a personally regrettable experience, but thanks to that, I was able to personally experience the entire pre- and post-operative process from the patient's perspective, and today, that experience has become a great strength in understanding patients and providing realistic consultations. -
